No Cook Crab Bisque Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Skim milk |
1 | Sliced white potatoes - (15 oz) - drained | |
1 | Clam juice - (8 oz) | |
1/2 | Mexicorn - (11 oz can) | |
6 1/2 oz | 184g | Claw crab meat - drained, rinsed |
9 | Green onions - chopped | |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground white pepper - to taste | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Light cream - (optional) |
In a blender, combine the skim milk, potatoes and clam juice. Puree until thick and creamy. Transfer to a bowl. Add the corn, crab, onions, salt, pepper and cream, if using. Stir to combine.
This recipe yields 5 servings.
