Seafood Lasagna Rollups Recipe - Cooking Index
6 | Cooked lasagna noodles | |
15 oz | 426g | Italian style tomato sauce |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Crab |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Ricotta cheese - or cottage cheese |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Grated parmesan cheese |
1 | Egg | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Parsley flakes |
Cook noodles as directed on package Rinse in cold water, and drain well.
Combine filling ingredients with fork, spread 1/3 cup filling on each noodle. Roll tightly, place seam side down in a 9 inch baking pan. Pour sauce over rollups. Bake covered at 375 F for 30-40 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese
