Seafood Lasagna Rollups

Recipe Ingredients

6   Cooked lasagna noodles
15 oz 426gItalian style tomato sauce
1 lb 454g / 16ozCrab
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozRicotta cheese - or cottage cheese
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozGrated parmesan cheese
1   Egg
1 tablespoon 15mlParsley flakes

Recipe Instructions

Cook noodles as directed on package Rinse in cold water, and drain well.

Combine filling ingredients with fork, spread 1/3 cup filling on each noodle. Roll tightly, place seam side down in a 9 inch baking pan. Pour sauce over rollups. Bake covered at 375 F for 30-40 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese
