1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped green onions |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Garlic clove - minced (small) |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter - (to 2 tbspns) |
2 cans | Cream of potato soup | |
1 packet | Cream cheese - (3 oz) - softened | |
1 can | Milk - (to 1 1/2 cans) | |
2 cups | 474ml | Frozen cleaned raw shrimp |
1 can | Whole kernel corn - (8 oz) - not drained |
In saucepan, cook onions with garlic, cayenne pepper, and butter until tender. Blend soup, cream cheese and milk. Add shrimp and corn. Bring to boil, stirring often. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 10 minutes or until done.
