1 | Chicken stock | |
1 | Star anise - (optional) | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cornstarch - mixed in |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry sherry |
1 | Crab meat |
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
