Corn And Crab Soup

Recipe Ingredients

1		Creamed corn
1		Chicken stock
1		Star anise - (optional)
1 teaspoon	5ml	Cornstarch - mixed in
1/4 cup	59ml	Water
1/4 cup	59ml	Dry sherry
1		Crab meat

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust the seasoning.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
