Lentil-Turkey Stew Recipe - Cooking Index
In place of marjoram, you could use either 1 teaspoon rosemary or 1 tablespoon chili powder.

1 | Onion - chopped (large) | |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - chopped |
2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Carrots - sliced (large) |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Diced cooked turkey |
2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Cooked rice |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Marjoram |
Combine all ingredients except turkey and cooked rice and simmer gently for 35 minutes. Add cooked turkey and rice and heat through for 5 minutes.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
