Cowboy Stew Recipe - Cooking Index
This is nice and thick and yummy. Sour cream is also good on this.
Courses: Soup| 1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Ground beef |
| 1 | Onion - chopped | |
| 14 oz | 397g | Canned cream style corn |
| 14 oz | 397g | Hot chili with beans |
| 14 oz | 397g | Pork 'n' beans |
| 14 oz | 397g | Tomato sauce |
| 4 1/2 oz | 127g | Canned diced green chilies |
| Shredded mild Cheddar cheese | ||
| Sour cream - (optional) |
Brown ground beef and onion till done. Drain. Combine rest of ingredients, except cheese. Simmer in pot around 30 minutes. Serve, garnished with cheese.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
