Smoked Sausage Stew

Recipe Ingredients

2   Condensed bean and bacon soup - (11 1/2 oz ea), undiluted
1   Diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz) - undrained
2 cups 474mlWater
2 cups 292g / 10ozPotatoes - diced (medium)
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozSliced carrots
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozSliced celery
1 teaspoon 5mlChili powder
12 oz 340gFully cooked smoked sausage - thinly sliced

Recipe Instructions

In saucepan, combine soup, tomatoes and water. Add potatoes, carrots, celery and chili powder. Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add sausage; simmer 40 minutes longer.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
