Hot Sweet Potato Soup

Recipe Ingredients

1		Roasted hot pepper - finely minced
2 lbs	908g / 32oz	Sweet potatoes - cooked, pureed
1 teaspoon	5ml	Garlic powder
5 cups	1185ml	Chicken stock - defatted
2		Roasted red bell peppers - chopped
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Ground cinnamon
1 cup	237ml	Skim milk

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients except milk and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add milk. Heat through and serve.

This recipe 6 servings.
