Dry Cream Soup Mix Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Dried milk |
3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Cornstarch |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Broth granules |
2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Dried minced onion |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Thyme |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Basil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
Mix ingredients together. Store in an airtight container.
To use, mix 1 1/4 cups cold water and 1/3 cup of mix in a small saucepan. Cook until thickened and substitute for 1 can (15 oz) of cream soup.
This recipe is equal to 9 cans of soup.
