Cold Sweet Potato Soup

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups	355ml	Boiling water
2 teaspoons	10ml	Instant chicken bouillon
1		Condensed cream of chicken soup - (10 3/4
		Oz)
1 cup	237ml	Mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1/4 cup	59ml	Half-and-half
		Sour cream

Recipe Instructions

In blender container, dissolve bouillon in water. Add soup, sweet potatoes and half-and half. Blend well. Chill.

Stir before serving. Garnish with sour cream, thinned with additional half-and-half, if desired. (It will float on top of soup.)

This recipe yields 4 servings.
