Cold Sweet Potato Soup Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Boiling water |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Instant chicken bouillon |
1 | Condensed cream of chicken soup - (10 3/4 | |
Oz) | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Mashed cooked sweet potatoes |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Half-and-half |
Sour cream |
In blender container, dissolve bouillon in water. Add soup, sweet potatoes and half-and half. Blend well. Chill.
Stir before serving. Garnish with sour cream, thinned with additional half-and-half, if desired. (It will float on top of soup.)
This recipe yields 4 servings.
