Barbecue Sauce For Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Butter or margarine |
1 cup | 237ml | White vinegar |
1/2 | Prepared mustard - (6-ounce) | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Worcestershire sauce |
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in remaining ingredients; remove from heat. Cover and refrigerate sauce until ready to use. Heat thoroughly, and use to baste chicken when grilling.
Makes about 4 cups.
