Salmon Won Tons Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Cream cheese - (8 oz) - softened | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Flaked salmon (canned or cooked) |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - minced |
| 1 | Garlic - crushed and minced | |
| 1 | Won Ton wrappers | |
| Sauce | ||
| 1 cup | 237ml | Chili sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Horseradish |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worchestershire sauce |
Mix cream cheese, salmon, onion, and garlic together. Lay out won ton wrappers, and place 1 teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each. Moisten edges of each with water. Fold over and pinch edges well to seal.
Deep fat-fry the won tons at 375 degrees until golden brown. Drain well on absorbent paper. Serve hot with the sauce.
