Salmon Macaroni Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Salad macaroni - (small seashell) | |
1 | Broccoli stalk - chopped (medium) | |
1 | Onion - chopped (small) | |
1 | Garlic clove - chopped | |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Canned or cooked salmon |
1 | Artichoke hearts - chopped | |
1 | Sliced almonds | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Mustard |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Horseradish |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
Boil macaroni -- when almost done add chopped broccoli. Drain. Add rest of the ingredients. Garnish with parsley, paprika and almonds. Best if flavors blend in refrigerator overnight.
