Zesty Alaska Surimi Seafood Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cocktail sauce with horseradish |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Light mayonnaise |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dill weed |
| 8 oz | 227g | Surimi seafood - chopped |
| 2/3 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Finely-chopped celery |
Mix cocktail sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill weed until blended. Add surimi and celery, mix well.
Also great as filling for stuffed tomato, avocado or in pita, on croissants and bread.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
