Iceberg And Watercress Salad With Blue Cheese Dressing

1/4 cup 59mlMayonnaise
1/4 cup 59mlSour cream
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozBlue cheese - (abt 4 oz) - crumbled
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon 15mlFinely-chopped fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlFreshly-ground black pepper
1 tablespoon 15mlMilk or water - (to 2)
1/2   Iceberg lettuce head - coarsely shredded
2   Watercress - stems discarded
3   Celery ribs - thinly sliced
  On the diagonal

Recipe Instructions

Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and thin with milk or water to desired consistency.

Toss iceberg, watercress, and celery in a large bowl and drizzle with dressing.
