2 1/4 teaspoons | 11ml | Active dry yeast |
2 1/2 cups | 156g / 5.5oz | Bread flour |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Cracked wheat) |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Water |
Since I can't eat anything with pepper in it this is my version of this bread. I must say that it was EXCELLENT - even though I didn't have any wheat germ to add (original recipe calls for wheat germ 3 T (2 T).
