| 1 cup | 237ml | Sparkling wine |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Heavy cream - whipped to |
| Soft-peak stage | ||
| Grated chocolate - for garnish | ||
| Powdered coffee - for garnish |
Make 2 layers of biscotti, sprinkling generously with wine, and then top the whole thing with the whipped cream. Like tiramisu, this dessert is best after being refrigerated for an hour or two. Finish by sprinkling with grated chocolate or powdered coffee.
