Cilantro-Lime Tartar Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped dill pickles |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped red onion |
1/2 cup | 8g / 0.3oz | Chopped fresh cilantro |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Drained capers - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lime juice - or to taste |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced fresh jalapeño chile - including seeds |
Stir together all sauce ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.
This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups.
