2 lbs 908g / 32ozSmall red potatoes - quartered
1/4 cup 59mlOlive oil
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
3 tablespoons 45mlSnipped fresh dill

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a baking pan toss together potatoes, oil, and salt, and roast in middle of oven, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden, about 25 minutes. Toss with dill.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
