Mixed Nuts With Rosemary Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Unsalted butter | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried crumbled rosemary | 
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cayenne - or to taste | 
| 3 cups | 330g / 11oz | Mixed nuts | 
| = (pecans, cashews, and hazelnuts) | 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter with dried rosemary, salt, and cayenne. Pour this mixture over 3 cups mixed nuts, tossing to coat them. Bake the nuts on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
This recipe yields 10 servings.
