Honey BBQ Grilled Vegetable Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
Sauce | ||
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter or margarine - melted |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Cider vinegar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Honey |
2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Marjoram |
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
Vegetables | ||
4 | Red bell peppers - cored, seeded, | |
And cut in half | ||
1 | Red onion - cut 1/2"-thick slice (large) | |
4 | Portobello mushrooms (large) |
Mix together ingredients for sauce and brush on vegetables. Allow to marinate about 1/2 hour. Grill vegetables.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
