Spiced Olives With Lemon And Fennel Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Kalamata olives |
1 cup | 237ml | Oil-cured black olives |
1 cup | 237ml | Sicilian (green) olives |
1 cup | 237ml | Thinly-sliced trimmed fennel |
1 | Garlic clove - thinly sliced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated lemon zest |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh rosemary |
= (or 1 tspn dried, crumbled) | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh thyme |
= (or 1 tspn dried, crumbled) | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Olive oil |
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Serve at room temperature.
