Cold Asparagus With Truffle Mayonnaise Recipe - Cooking Index
Basic Boiled Asparagus - (see recipe) | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Truffle oil |
1 cup | 237ml | Your favorite mayonnaise |
Toss the cold asparagus with the extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir truffle oil into the mayonnaise. Plate the asparagus. Spoon mayonnaise to one side of asparagus.
