Cold Asparagus With Truffle Mayonnaise

Recipe Ingredients

		Basic Boiled Asparagus - (see recipe)
1 tablespoon	15ml	Extra-virgin olive oil
		Salt - to taste
		Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
1/2 tablespoon	7.5ml	Truffle oil
1 cup	237ml	Your favorite mayonnaise

Recipe Instructions

Toss the cold asparagus with the extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir truffle oil into the mayonnaise. Plate the asparagus. Spoon mayonnaise to one side of asparagus.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
