Chocolate Fondue III

Recipe Ingredients

6 tablespoons 90mlHeavy cream
7 oz 198gPremium semisweet chocolate - chopped
1   Pound cake - cut bite size
  Assorted fresh fruit, strawberries,
  Sliced banana, pineapple chunks, orange
  Segments and sliced pears

Recipe Instructions

Bring cream to a simmer in heavy medium saucepan. Add chocolate; whisk until melted. Remove from heat. Pour fondue into a bowl; place bowl on a platter. Ring platter with pound cake and fruit. Serve fondue with skewers.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
