1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Tri-color fusilli |
1 | Italian dressing - (8 oz) | |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Prosciutto - cubed |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Mozzarella - cubed |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Provolone - cubed |
1 | Black olives | |
3 | Plum tomatoes - diced | |
3 | Celery stalks - diced | |
1 | Carrot - grated |
In a large pot of boiling salted water cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and let cool in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Serve cold or at room temperature.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
