2 cups | 474ml | Spicy vegetable juice or |
Spicy tomato juice | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Canned double-strength beef broth |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Vodka |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Worecestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
4 cups | 948ml | Ice cubes |
4 | Lime wedges | |
4 | Celery stalks |
Mix vegetable juice, beef broth, vodka, Worcesterchire and garlic powder in a 4-cup measuring cup. Divide ice cubes among 4 (12-ounce) glasses. Squeeze lime into each glass, and rim with lime wedges. Pour juice mixture over ice cubes and stir to blend. Garnish each with celery and serve.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
