Cowboy Caviar With Warm Blue Tortillas

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups	474ml	Canned black-eyed peas
1 cup	62g / 2.2oz	Red onion - chopped (medium)
1		Serrano chili - chopped, seeds
		And veins removed
1		Green bell pepper - chopped
1		Red bell pepper - chopped
3		Roma tomatoes - chopped
1		Cayenne
1		Bag blue corn tortillas

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl except tortillas. Heat tortillas in 350 degrees oven for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
