1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Red onion - chopped (medium) |
1 | Serrano chili - chopped, seeds | |
And veins removed | ||
1 | Green bell pepper - chopped | |
1 | Red bell pepper - chopped | |
3 | Roma tomatoes - chopped | |
1 | Cayenne | |
1 | Bag blue corn tortillas |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl except tortillas. Heat tortillas in 350 degrees oven for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
