1/3 cup | 78ml | Wine vinegar |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Melted butter |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
2 cups | 474ml | Green cabbage - cut thin strips |
2 cups | 474ml | Red cabbage - cut thin strips |
Whisk together vinegar and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with cabbage. Prepare well ahead of dinnertime so that the flavors can marry.
