Fresh Goat Cheese, Pears And Candied Walnuts With Lavender H Recipe - Cooking Index
12 | Fresh goat cheese rounds - (abt 1 oz ea) (small) | |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Lavender honey (or use regular honey) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Candied walnuts |
3 | Fresh pears, preferably Bosc - cored, and | |
Cut into 1/8" thick slices |
Place 2 goat cheese rounds on each plate. Pour 1 tablespoon of the honey over each round. Scatter 5 or 6 nuts over and around the cheese, and arrange several pear slices around each plate.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
