1 cup | 237ml | Crème fraiche - well chilled |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Confectioners' sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Whip cream until doubled in volume and soft peaks have formed. Fold in the sugar and vanilla.
This recipe yields 2 cups.
