Baby Corn And Snow Pea Saute Recipe - Cooking Index

2 cups | 474ml | Snow peas |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter |
Salt - to taste |
Cut baby corn into 1/4-inch slices. Cut snow peas diagonally into 1/2-inch slices. To a heated pan, add butter. Add corn, snow peas, a splash of water, and salt. Saute for a few minutes until snow peas are just cooked but still a bit crispy.
