8   Triangular summer roll wrappers
1 cup 237mlCellophane noodles
1/4 cup 4g / 0.1ozCilantro
1/4 cup 40g / 1.4ozBean sprouts
1/2   Boston lettuce head
1/4 cup 59mlBurdock in julienne
1/4 cup 59mlPickled daikon
1/2 cup 118mlShredded Napa cabbage
  Nouc Cham
1/4 cup 59mlNouc nam
1/4 cup 59mlRice vinegar
  (or 2 tbspns lime juice)
2 tablespoons 30mlSugar
1 tablespoon 15mlChili (small)
2 tablespoons 30mlGarlic cloves - crushed (small)
  Fresh lime leaf and cilantro
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh ginger
  Shredded daikon or carrot

Recipe Instructions

Rehydrate summer roll wrappers. Place one-eighth of each filling item (noodles, cilantro, mint, bean sprouts, Boston lettuce, burdock, and cabbage) in each wrapper, and roll.

This recipe yields 8 summer rolls.
