1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Bean sprouts |
1/2 | Boston lettuce head | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Burdock in julienne |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Pickled daikon |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Shredded Napa cabbage |
Nouc Cham | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Nouc nam |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Rice vinegar |
(or 2 tbspns lime juice) | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili (small) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Garlic cloves - crushed (small) |
Fresh lime leaf and cilantro | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh ginger |
Shredded daikon or carrot |
Rehydrate summer roll wrappers. Place one-eighth of each filling item (noodles, cilantro, mint, bean sprouts, Boston lettuce, burdock, and cabbage) in each wrapper, and roll.
This recipe yields 8 summer rolls.
