Creme Fraiche Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Heavy cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Buttermilk or lemon juice |
Mix heavy cream and buttermilk or lemon juice together in a glass jar. Shake well to combine. Place jar in an oven or on a stove, using the pilot light as the heat source, for 8 to 24 hours. Refrigerate before using.
This recipe yields 1 cup.
