1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Finely-chopped red onion |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh basil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh lime juice |
Kosher salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Thinly-sliced smoked turkey |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped arugula - (firmly packed) |
2 | Flour tortillas - (10" to 11" dia) |
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until crispy and brown, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate.
Combine the avocado, tomato, onion, basil, lime juice, and bacon in a small bowl. Season with kosher salt and pepper to taste. Divide the avocado mixture evenly among the tortillas, leaving at a 1-inch border around the edge. Divide the turkey and arugula among the tortillas, and wrap.
This recipe yields 2 wraps.
