California Gingered Fruit Salsa Sundaes Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Raspberries |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Minced crystallized ginger - (to 4 tbspns) - or to taste |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Firm-ripe mango - diced fine, (small) |
(abt 2/3 cup) | ||
6 | Strawberries - diced fine (large) | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Finely-diced fresh pineapple |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Balsamic vinegar |
1 | Super-premium vanilla frozen yogurt |
In a bowl, crush raspberries coarsely with sugar and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in ginger, mango, strawberries, pineapple, and vinegar. Scoop frozen yogurt into 4 sundae dishes and spoon salsa over it.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
