1/2 cup | 118ml | Lemon nonfat yogurt |
1 cup | 237ml | Banana (medium) |
(or 1/2 cup frozen starwberries) | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
