2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lemon juice - (to 3 tbspns) - or to taste |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
Coarsely-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a bowl toss the shrimp with the remaining ingredients. Serve chilled.
