Wasabi Cream Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Wasabi powder |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Creme fraiche |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Lemon juice |
Salt - to taste |
Dissolve Wasabi in water. Whisk in creme fraiche and lemon juice. Season with salt.
This recipe yields about 1 cup.
