Wasabi Cream

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup	59ml	Wasabi powder
1/4 cup	59ml	Water
1/2 cup	118ml	Creme fraiche
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Lemon juice
		Salt - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Dissolve Wasabi in water. Whisk in creme fraiche and lemon juice. Season with salt.

This recipe yields about 1 cup.
