| 3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Flour |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Baking powder |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Seltzer water - ice cold |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Cayenne pepper - to taste |
Whisk together all ingredients. Can be used for up to 1 hour. Keep cold!
