Strawberries and Mascarpone Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 cups | 948ml | Strawberries - washed |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Mascarpone cheese |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Chilled heavy cream |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vin Santo wine |
In a bowl with a whisk or an electric mixer beat together mascarpone, cream and Vin Santo until mixture holds stiff peakes.
Dip strawberries in whipped cream. Serve with biscotti.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
