Spinach-Salad Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

3 tablespoons	45ml	Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon	15ml	Tarragon vinegar
1 tablespoon	15ml	Mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon	3.8ml	Salt
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Freshly-ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Sugar
1 teaspoon	5ml	Garlic clove - chopped (small)
1 cup	237ml	Olive oil

Recipe Instructions

In a food processor blend all ingredients except oil until smooth and with motor running add oil in a stream, blending until emulsified. Transfer dressing to a jar and keep chilled, covered, until serving.

This recipe yields 1 1/4 cups.
