Sauteed Sugar Snaps Recipe - Cooking Index
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Butter |
3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Sugar snap peas - blanched |
1 | Shallot - finely diced | |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Heat a saute pan with the butter. Add the blanched sugar snaps and cook for 1 minute. Add the shallot and cook for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and remove from the heat.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
