| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | White wine vinegar |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dijon mustard |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced garlic - smashed with |
| Salt until paste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
| 9 tablespoons | 135ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
In a bowl, whisk together white wine, Dijon, garlic, and pepper. Drizzle in olive oil while whisking constantly. Arrange salad decoratively on a platter. Drizzle with the dressing.
