Deribbed and cut into 2" strips | ||

Cut into 3" lengths and greens | ||
Cut into 1/4" rounds | ||
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Zucchini - trimmed, halved |
Lengthwise, then cut 2" pieces | ||
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Snow peas - strung |
1/4 cup | 10g / 0.4oz | Fresh coriander leaves |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tamari soy |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Rice wine vinegar |
6 | Fresh ginger - peeled | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vegetable oil |
Toss together all ingredients in a 1-quart casserole. Cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap. Cook at 100 percent for 6 minutes.
Remove from oven. Uncover and stir well once or twice before serving.
