Mignonette Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 177ml | Red wine vinegar |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Finely-chopped shallots |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Finley-grated lemon zest |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Freshly-ground white pepper |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt |
In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover until ready and serve.
