2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped garlic |

1 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Basil leaves |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Fermented black beans |
1 cup | 16g / 0.6oz | Cilantro |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
