Green and Yellow Beans with Tarragon Recipe - Cooking Index
Kosher salt - as needed | ||
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Green beans - trimmed |
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Yellow wax beans - trimmed |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Unsalted butter - (1/2 stick) - melted |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh tarragon |
Freshly ground black pepper |
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add a large pinch of salt along with the beans. Cook until tender but firm, about 5 minutes. Drain. Combine the melted butter and tarragon and pour over the beans, tossing gently to mix. Season with salt and pepper.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
