Cocktail Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Ketchup |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Prepared horseradish |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped cilantro |
Kosher salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
This recipe yields 1 cup.
