2   Ripe bananas - sliced (large)
2 cups 474mlFrozen sliced strawberries - slightly defrosted
  In microwave to break block a bit
2 cups 474mlSliced frozen peaches - slightly defrosted
  In microwave to break block a bit
2 cups 474mlStrawberry banana lowfat custard yogurt
2 cups 474mlMilk

Recipe Instructions

In half-batches, combine all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth. The frozen fruits will make the smoothies extra cold and frothy, too!
