Romaine Salad

Recipe Ingredients

2   Romaine hearts - chopped
1/4 cup 10g / 0.4ozWhole fresh herbs leaves - in any combination
  = (parsley, basil, sage - whatever
  You have on hand)
1/4   Grape tomatoes - halved
1 tablespoon 15mlBalsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons 45mlExtra-virgin olive oil
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Combine chopped lettuce with torn leaves of mixed fresh herbs. Add some halved grape tomatoes to your salad for color and toss with vinegar and oil, salt and pepper, to your taste.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
