Romaine Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Romaine hearts - chopped | |
1/4 cup | 10g / 0.4oz | Whole fresh herbs leaves - in any combination |

1/4 | Grape tomatoes - halved | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Balsamic vinegar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine chopped lettuce with torn leaves of mixed fresh herbs. Add some halved grape tomatoes to your salad for color and toss with vinegar and oil, salt and pepper, to your taste.
